Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your charter, you may do so up to seven days prior to your scheduled trip. Cancellations made within seven days of your charter will result in the charge for the whole amount. Capt. Christian “Goggles” reserves the right to cancel the trip at his discretion due to unsafe weather condition. Should this happen, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
